With one set, the fans on my GPU would never turn on, with the other, the fans worked fine. One set worked and the other did not, no clue why. The only thing that caused me pause was the additional power cables there are 2 sets of cables: two 2 prong and two 4 prong, for a 6 prong plug on the GPU.
